The Culture original oil painting and Essential Self Particles digital art companion pieces are inspired by a conversation Daeu had with a business anthropologist, Jenean Merkle Perelstein, about improving organizational culture by discovering your essential self. The art group is made out of an original abstract oil painting, The Culture, depicting a group of people interacting, and the digital transformation of each figure in the painting into Essential Self Particles 1-n and the story narrative they create when they are merged together.
